The Agency is recruiting for a CFO (Reinsurance) on behalf of a growing Reinsurance firm in Cayman.

Strategic Impact: Shape financial direction and influence long-term reinsurance strategy within a regulated and evolving environment.

Leadership Exposure: Work closely with executive leadership, board members, and global stakeholders on high-level financial decisions.

Technical Depth: Leverage advanced IFRS17, actuarial, and investment expertise in a complex, specialized insurance setting.

• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and accounting frameworks aligned with international standards.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide business decisions and strategy.
• Manage regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance with evolving financial and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with actuarial, investment, and senior leadership teams to support risk and capital management.

• Professional accounting qualification with strong academic background in finance or related field.
• Extensive experience in insurance or reinsurance finance, including IFRS17 exposure.
• Advanced analytical capability with strong financial modeling and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical data into strategic insights.
