The Agency is recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop strategies to strengthen it’s business, financial and administrative plans, and policies to achieve its strategic goals.
- Advise the President and Board members on financial and business matters.
- Collaborate with other leaders to build upon and support an innovative vision for organization’s future.
- Directs all financial operations including budgeting, accounting, procurement, cash, risk and asset management.
- Develops financial planning processes to ensure that financial plans are aligned with goals, which includes preparing financial models and annual and long term operating and capital budgets that provide for the realization of the growth.
- Responsible for all reporting and compliance related to fiscal activity, for investment, pension obligations and debt management, and for promoting the development and growth.
- Ensure transparency in financial and budgeting processes for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA.
- A minimum of 10 years’ of progressive financial leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to engage others to address complex issues collaboratively.
- Strong leadership skills to establish vision and inspire and motivate others to achieve extraordinary results.
- Ability to balance competing demands and multiple responsibilities, making progress on long-term projects and addressing urgent needs.
Salary: US$140K – US$150K per annum, plus benefits.
