On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a Client Relations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes.
- Deliver top-notch customer service skills while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Drive sales by effectively, swiftly address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Oversee account management tasks and maintain strong client relationships.
- Represent the organization at various events and seminars, delivering engaging presentations.
- Maintain accuracy in the organizations system and assist with document procurement.
- Adhere to stringent AML procedures and Policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the Financial Services is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure with a keen eye on detail.
