On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a Client Relations Manager.

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service skills while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Drive sales by effectively, swiftly address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee account management tasks and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Represent the organization at various events and seminars, delivering engaging presentations.
  • Maintain accuracy in the organizations system and assist with document procurement.
  • Adhere to stringent AML procedures and Policies.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the Financial Services is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure with a keen eye on detail.
