The Agency is recruiting for a financial controller on behalf of a highly regarded client. The post holder’s responsibilities will be to oversee the preparation of financial statements, adhering to international accounting standards. Additionally, the candidate will provide crucial insights through timely management reports and ad-hoc analysis, enabling informed decision-making across the company.

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, following IFRS guidelines.
• Being accountable for cash flow management focusing on intercompany receivables and payables schedules, dividends and other cash cashflows.
• Develop, revise, and monitor budgets and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Supervise billing and accounts payable procedures to maintain efficiency.  
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Manage the external audit process and submission of financial statements to regulators.  
• Assisting with the enhancement of global financial policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA is required.
• Possess at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Post-audit experience in an internal accounting department is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience using financial software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Salary: US$85K- US$100K DOE plus benefits.
