Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with asset managers globally, with a focus on Latin America, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Proactively communicate updates, market insights, and new opportunities to align with clients’ investment strategies.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless banking solutions, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend additional products to optimize clients’ financial strategies.
  • Resolve client inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and escalating issues as needed.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate clients’ future needs.
  • Prepare and present client reviews and reports to showcase the value of our services.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of client relationship management strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or business administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales.
  • Client-facing experience in financial services, preferably in asset management or private banking is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Ability to travel within North and Latin America at short notice.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.
Salary: US$80K – US$100K Plus benefits
