Summary of Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of the senior management team, you will Lead projects of varying sizes, making a substantial impact on our organization’s success and Collaborate on defining project scopes, governance, design, testing, and budgeting while contributing to high-quality solutions.

• Project Oversight: Manage projects from initiation through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and applying project management methodologies.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and benefits management approaches.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate relationships with project-related vendors, overseeing contracts and monitoring execution.

Qualifications:

• Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent with a project Management Certification is required.
• A Masters in a technical/project discipline is advantageous.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in project management software and standards (e.g., PMBOK). Understanding of industry best practices and financial services industry knowledge.
• Experience: 5 years of successful project delivery experience, preferably in banking/financial services. Familiarity with software development principles is beneficial.
• Skills/Abilities: Exceptional project management, leadership, issue resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
