Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site teams while maintaining workflow and compliance standards.
- Monitor project progress, safety adherence, and quality control across all phases.
- Lead scheduling, procurement support, and documentation management for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Extensive construction management experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling tools, and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and claims resolution.
- Commitment to enforcing safety standards and leading diverse project teams effectively.
Salary: US$120,000 – US$165,000 per annum.
