Temporary. Executive Assistant

The Agency is recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of our client. 1-month temp assignment. Immediate start.  Open to Caymanian/RERC/PR Holders only.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • • Manage documentation, records, and correspondence while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • • Coordinate schedules, communications, and general office activities in a professional manner.
  • • Support stakeholders with a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or relevant qualification in administration, secretarial studies, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a professional and dependable approach.
Salary: US$20 – US$25 per annum.
