The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Administrator on behalf of a highly regarded professional services firm based in the Cayman Islands.

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking and process-driven professional to join their team. As a Corporate Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in providing top-notch administration services to their clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with the team.
  • Handle the setup of new trusts, billing arrangements, and packages for new entities.
  • Maintain statutory records, prepare minutes and resolutions, and attend to statutory filings.
  • Draft internal documents and review papers, attend calls, and circulate action points.
  • Assist the team to circulate invoices, manage fee collection, and follow up with debtors.
  • Ensure data integrity and utilize systems effectively to drive efficiency and client service.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Support process improvements and service innovation changes to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate and Trust is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Viewpoint is beneficial.
  • Understanding of applicable statutory laws and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
  • Proactive, responsive, and client-focused with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
