The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Associate (3-6PQE) to join a global offshore law firm in its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm that offers its lawyers a diverse practice, friendly office culture and a high calibre of work.

This is a broad transactional role, covering corporate, finance and funds. The successful Associate would be working clients across Europe, advising on Cayman and BVI laws (although with more focus on Cayman). You would hold a high amount of responsibility in matters and be regularly involved in business development and marketing activities. The firm also has low target hours, making it perfect for somebody who wants a high level of responsibility and quality transactions but with better work-life balance.     

• 3-6 PQE with experience working within a reputable law firm;
• A deep level of experience in Corporate, Funds or Finance transactions;
• Excellent academic record with a degree from a top university;
• Offshore experience would be desirable.

The firm could offer a remuneration package aligned with top the London offshore market.
