The Agency has partnered with a global offshore law firm in search of a Corporate Paralegal to join the firm’s offices in London.

We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Paralegal to join a highly-regarded law firm. As the successful Paralegal, you will, provide legal and administrative support to the lawyers and assisting with a variety of legal tasks which includes drafting a range of legal documents, undertaking legal research, billing support, updating client files and various other administrative tasks. You would be working in a broad role covering a range of transactions including corporate, funds and finance. You would hold a high level of responsibility and work closely with the practice partners.

• Have a minimum of five years’ legal industry experience within a corporate, funds or finance practice;
• Demonstrate initiative, strong analytical and prioritisation skills;
• Have strong communication skills and pay exceptional attention to detail.

The firm could provide a salary aligned with top London rates, as well as other ancillary benefits.
