The Agency is recruiting for a Credit Control Supervisor on behalf of our client.

Impactful Position: You’ll play a crucial role in managing the company’s cash flow and minimizing bad debts, directly influencing the financial health of the organization.

Strategic Involvement: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive improvements and efficiencies in credit control processes.

• Oversee assigned outstanding balances, ensuring timely allocation and reconciliation of cash receipts.
• Monitor and report on aged balances, identifying and addressing problematic accounts.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to minimize bad debts.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for improvement.
• Address internal and client inquiries, including account balances and invoice breakdowns.
• Liaise with the team regarding unpaid invoices and provide necessary reports.
• Resolve escalated debtor queries and work with third-party collection agencies.
• Maintain accurate master data in the database and assist with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in credit management/collections.
• Experience managing a high volume of customers and invoices monthly.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with 3E Collections or similar systems is desirable.
• Background in Finance/Legal office environment is a plus.

Salary: Upto US$67500 per annum
