The Agency is recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor on behalf of our client.

Varied Responsibilities: This role offers a dynamic mix of electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks across multiple sites, making every day different and challenging.

Leadership Opportunity: Step into a supervisory position where you’ll lead daily operations, mentor team members, and deputise your manager.

Problem Solving with Ownership: This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, takes ownership of issues as they arise, and brings strong organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules.

• Plan and manage scheduled maintenance programs to maintain a safe environment across all sites for student use.
• Oversee timely completion of repairs and inspections, ensuring adherence to all safeguarding protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of school grounds to ensure facilities are properly maintained and everything is in order.
• Support event setup and dismantling by assisting with equipment preparation and removal.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational institution.
• Proven experience leading a team and working with electrical systems.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain up-to-date records.
• This role is open to Caymanian and Permanent Resident holders only.

Salary: CI$45,000 – CI$55,000 per annum.
