On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Finance Accounts Specialist to join their team.

Professional Growth: Enhance your career by working with advanced financial software and systems, such as Microsoft Navision and Business Central.

• Liaise with vendors ensuring invoices are accurate and resolve payable issues.
• Perform regular bank account reconciliations.
• Oversee the expense manager app and work with clients to ensure entries are completed on time.
• Create and post month-end journal entries, including accruals.
• Process vendor/supplier payments bi-monthly or as necessary.
• Develop supporting schedules for the month-end reporting package.
• Handle and process helpdesk ticket requests.
• Keep electronic records of payments and invoices up to date.

Requirements 

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Accounting.
• At least 2 Years of relevant Accounting Experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Navision or Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, practices, and processes.
• Strong analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: US$50K – US$60K Per annum.
