The Agency is recruiting for a Finance and Operations Lead on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing accounting activities such as payment processing, expense management, and coordinating bank transfers.
- Compiling consolidated financial reports that adhere to US GAAP standards, along with preparing relevant documentation and reconciliations.
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts such as accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and investments.
- Preparing key financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and equity changes.
- Assisting in the creation of 10-Q and 10-K reports for SEC submissions.
- Facilitating external audits, including statutory audits and PCAOB reviews, by organizing required materials.
- Maintaining corporate records and handling regulatory communications, such as with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).
- Producing accurate financial reports and identifying ways to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assisting in the preparation of board meeting materials and participating in additional business and project-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CFA.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Industry experience in reinsurance, captive insurance, or public companies is an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Salary: US$70K-85K per annum.
