The Agency is recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of our client.

• Manage financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, while conducting regular reconciliations and swiftly addressing any discrepancies.
• Manage a team of junior staff, fostering a growth-oriented environment and offering relevant guidance.
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and update company policies as needed while driving improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy.
• Provide regular reports to management and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in a Big 4 company is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of financial policies, contract management, and accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

Salary: US$115,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
