Responsibilities:
- Manage financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, while conducting regular reconciliations and swiftly addressing any discrepancies.
- Manage a team of junior staff, fostering a growth-oriented environment and offering relevant guidance.
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and update company policies as needed while driving improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy.
- Provide regular reports to management and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including managerial responsibilities.
- Experience in a Big 4 company is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of financial policies, contract management, and accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Salary: US$115,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
