Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight for funds and digital assets such as cryptocurrency and block chain entities if the applicant has experience.
• Manage the onboarding of new directorship clients, prepare and present pitches for potential clients, draft service agreements, and ensure complete client due diligence materials.
• Review client paperwork, financial reports, and transactional materials to uphold regulatory standards.
• Participate in board gatherings for client entities, ensuring adherence to legal mandates.
• Engage in marketing, business development activities, and promote the business.
• Oversee governance services tasks and projects.
• Coordinate financial transactions and ensure precision in client records maintenance.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Law is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in governance services.
• Expertise in fund vehicles’ structural, regulatory, and multijurisdictional environment is required.
• Previous exposure to offshore fund operations with knowledge of crypto currency and blockchain is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team, and committed to service excellence. 

Salary: US$120K – US$150k plus benefits.
