The Agency is recruiting for a HR Manager on behalf of our client. This is a 3-6-month contract requiring an immediate start.
  
Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage HR operations across the organization, ensuring consistency of policies, practices, and workforce support.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture.
• Support leadership with workforce planning, performance management, and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes, records, and practices are compliant with applicable regulations and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including team management responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of local employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Skilled in HR systems and Microsoft Office, with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. 

Salary: US$38-40 per hour.
