The Agency is recruiting for a HR Manager on behalf of our client.

Strategic HR Leadership: Shape and deliver HR initiatives that support organizational goals and people development.

Employee Engagement: Drive positive employee experiences through effective HR practices, development, and engagement initiatives.

Organizational Impact: Play a key role in strengthening HR operations and supporting business transformation.

• Lead core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programmes aligned with business objectives and Caymanian legislation.
• Provide trusted HR guidance to employees, managers, and senior leadership while overseeing key people processes.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, training, and organizational change initiatives.

• 5 years of HR management experience with strong expertise in employee relations and HR operations.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Caymanian employment, immigration, pension, health, and labour requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; change management experience is advantageous.

Salary: US$80,000 – US$100,000 per annum.
