The Agency is recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
  • Handle employee onboarding including preparing contracts, setting up new employee details into the HR system, creating personnel file, and completing Immigration applications, where applicable.
  • Assist with the recruitment and probation processes.
  • Ensuring the HR system is current and accurate.
  • General HR Benefits administration including enrolment and termination of pension, health and life insurance.
  • Respond to general queries and maintain important HR documents and records demonstrating your impeccable eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Oversee the summer internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll administration.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to notary renewals, firm licenses, and student programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in HR or related qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintain discretion, and manage tasks diplomatically.
  • A willingness to learn and the flexibility to work varying hours when required.

Salary: US$60K  – US$75K per annum.
