The Agency is recruiting for an Interim Director on behalf of our client. Temp role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and implement key organisational priorities in collaboration with the Board.
- Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and service delivery across the organisation.
- Lead and develop management teams while driving operational improvements and organisational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline with significant management experience.
- Proven senior leadership experience with strong knowledge of operations, financial management, governance, and organisational administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; public sector or Board-governed experience is advantageous.
Salary: Hourly DOE.
