The Agency is recruiting for an Interim Director on behalf of our client. Temp role.

• Provide strategic leadership and implement key organisational priorities in collaboration with the Board.
• Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and service delivery across the organisation.
• Lead and develop management teams while driving operational improvements and organisational effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline with significant management experience.
• Proven senior leadership experience with strong knowledge of operations, financial management, governance, and organisational administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; public sector or Board-governed experience is advantageous.

Salary: Hourly DOE.
