The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Accountant on behalf of a client.

Impactful Responsibilities: You will be responsible for critical financial tasks such as preparing monthly statements, managing project lifecycles, and conducting analytical reviews. Your contributions will directly influence the success of the portfolio.
  
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive financial and analytical assistance for our clients real estate portfolio.
• Ensure financial statements and documentation for the portfolio are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee project progression from initiation to conclusion.
• Use advanced software tools to innovate and streamline financial, analytical and operational reporting.
• Perform detailed evaluations of asset performance and internal operations across financial statements and operational cash flow.
• Partner with departments to optimize data availability, uniformity and precision.
• Foster the development of junior accounting team members through mentorship and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting.
• Professional Qualifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent designation.
• At least 5 plus years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in real estate accounting.
• Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, SQL, Power BI, and management report design is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
