Responsibilities:
  • Organizing the monthly training schedule.
  • Coordinating with various teams for venue bookings and course scheduling.
  • Conducting orientation for new hires.
  • Managing training sessions.
  • Assessing training needs regularly.
  • Analyzing assessment results and implementing additional training as required.
  • Supporting managers in creating staff training plans.
  • Monitoring training completion via the Learning Management System.
  • Ensuring department supervisors are informed about mandatory training.
  • Disseminating information through bulletin boards, newsletters, and meetings.
  • Supervising the training initiatives and overseeing the mentorship program.
  • Aiding the people & culture director with administrative tasks.
  • Actively promoting and upholding the company culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of People & Culture (HR) experience.
  • Demonstrated confidence in facilitating training for large groups.
  • Knowledge in event management is necessary.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated confidence in facilitating training for large groups.
