Legal Secretary

The Agency is assisting one of Cayman’s leading law firms in search of a Legal Secretary to join the firm’s Investment Funds practice.

The successful candidate will be working with a small number of experienced attorneys, providing a healthy legal and administrative support and generally assisting with the maintenance of the firm’s successful funds practice.

Your duties would include:
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents;
  • Filing regulatory documents;
  • Assisting with company incorporations;
  • Coordinating appointments, preparing invoices;
  • Assisting in the recovery of accounts receivable;
  • Attending meetings and minute-taking;
  • Liaising with our local and international clientele as appropriate.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Applicants should have a minimum of three years of legal secretarial experience working within the corporate, finance or funds practice of a reputable law firm;
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to work under own initiative;
  • High level of computer literacy;
  • Previous experience with legal document management systems.


The salary for this position is US$70,000–US$90,000 (depending on experience). The firm also offers an attractive bonus structure, premium health coverage and relocation assistance if necessary.
