Responsibilities:

• Support the identification and assessment of new investment opportunities, including market research, target analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to transaction processes through financial analysis, diligence coordination, and strategic evaluation activities.
• Assist portfolio businesses with operational improvement initiatives, performance analysis, and strategic projects where required.
• Prepare investment models, presentations, reporting materials, and other analytical deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Prior experience within investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related strategic/analytical environment.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and professional presentation standards.
• Self-driven and adaptable professional with sound commercial judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
