Marketing Assistant

The Agency is recruiting for a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities: 
  • Create content for social media channels, website, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Oversee social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance, ensuring accurate monthly data entry.
  • Perform market research and generate monthly analytics reports.
  • Conduct event research and provide coordination support.
  • Schedule, coordinate meetings, event planning, maintaining marketing databases, implementing campaigns, and managing various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a plus.
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Knowledge in using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye on detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
