The Agency is recruiting for an Operations Manager on behalf of our client.

Wellness Leadership: Lead and enhance a corporate wellness programme that positively impacts both individual members and corporate partners.

Operational Influence: Take ownership of facility operations, member experience, and team performance within a premium fitness and wellness environment.

Community Engagement: Drive wellness initiatives, events, and partnerships while helping shape a strong culture of health and wellbeing.

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of wellness initiatives, events, health education programs, and member engagement activities.
• Oversee daily operations of a premium fitness and wellness facility, ensuring exceptional member service and efficient facility management.
• Manage and develop fitness staff, class programming, scheduling, performance standards, and operational compliance.
• Monitor program effectiveness, budgets, reporting, systems, and stakeholder relationships to support business and wellness objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Fitness, Human Performance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or facility management environments.
• Strong understanding of wellness programs, fitness operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; fitness certifications and experience with member management systems are advantageous.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$114,000 per annum.
