Temporary. Communications & PR Administrator

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Communications & PR Administrator for a contract period of 10 Months. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, assist with media management and event coordination.

  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and plan and deliver public relations activities.
  • Create content for various communication materials including social media and newsletters.
  • Oversee social media profiles and website content to ensure regular updates.
  • Provide advice on social media to ensure strong and consistent messages and tactics.
  • Assist in organizing, and conducting press conferences, workshops and other events.
  • Support branding of specific activities and projects.
  • Support the department in administrative tasks.


  • Previous experience in communications, public relations or similar fields is desirable.
  • Experience with event planning preferred. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye on detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and social media platforms.
  • Experience with project management tools is advantageous.
  • Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment is crucial.
