The Agency is recruiting for a Restructuring Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage insolvency and restructuring assignments, including liquidations, valuations, and corporate advisory tasks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for submission to courts and creditors.
- Managing projects for a portfolio of clients, including advisory & restructuring, liquidation, restructuring directorship, soft wind-down, asset tracing & recovery.
- Focus on managing the practice to include budgeting, profitability, strategy, developing capabilities, recruitment, training, competitor analysis and managing quality and risk.
- Work on cross-border matters involving common law jurisdictions.
- Guide and support junior team members, enhance best practices, and cultivate client relationships.
- Identify the most appropriate financial models based on the clients situation, advising on innovative and technology driven solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional qualification in insolvency, accounting, or law from a recognized institution.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in insolvency, restructuring, and investigations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to handle stress.
- Excellent financial analysis, business insight, and report writing skills.
Salary: US$95K – US$110K plus benefits.
