The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Business Process & Automation Analyst on behalf of our client.

Innovation Ownership: Lead high-impact process automation initiatives that modernize core regulatory and financial operations.

Cross-Functional Influence: Shape solutions working closely with senior stakeholders across Regulatory, Finance, and IT.

Strategic Impact: Drive end-to-end improvements that directly enhance compliance, accuracy, and organizational efficiency.

• Act as the bridge between Regulatory, Finance, and IT teams to gather, refine, and manage requirements for automation initiatives.
• Redesign key licensing workflows by removing inefficiencies and defining optimized future-state processes.
• Produce clear requirement documentation and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered as intended.
• Ensure all process and system changes align with regulatory standards and financial accuracy needs.

• 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Strong background in process mapping, requirement documentation, and translating business needs into technical guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid understanding of data governance and financial data flows, including accounting system inputs.
