We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Corporate Administrator – Board & Company Secretarial to join our client’s team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of entities, ensuring all registered office and board support services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory expectations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to manage a wide range of company secretarial and administrative responsibilities.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to complex structures while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations and broader team initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing registered office requirements, including incorporations, register creation, and document preparation
  • Ensuring statutory filings are completed accurately and within required deadlines
  • Coordinating document execution and legalisation where required
  • Supporting board processes, including meeting coordination, preparation and distribution of board packs, and drafting minutes
  • Handling company secretarial matters and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Maintaining organised and accurate records across all entities
  • Managing internal administrative processes with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting wider team projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in financial services or a legal environment
  • Strong understanding of company secretarial and administrative processes
  • Working knowledge of AML/KYC and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ICSA qualification (full or partial) is a distinct advantage
