The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Credit Manager on behalf of our client.

Senior-Level Impact: Play a key role in structuring sophisticated credit solutions for a high-value private banking client portfolio.

Strategic Exposure: Work closely with senior relationship, risk and banking professionals on complex lending opportunities.

Professional Growth: Gain exposure to challenging transactions within a collaborative and high-performing financial services environment.

• Lead the assessment and structuring of complex personal and commercial credit solutions for high-value clients.
• Manage credit transactions from initial assessment and financial analysis through approval, funding and ongoing portfolio oversight.
• Partner with relationship and risk teams to identify lending opportunities while maintaining appropriate credit quality and risk standards.
• Prepare and present well-supported credit recommendations and proactively manage renewals and existing lending relationships.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Banking, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 5–7 years’ experience across personal and commercial credit, lending or a closely related financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment and structuring complex lending transactions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-management skills, with sound commercial judgment and stakeholder-management capability.
