The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Officer on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

• Support key HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and related compliance processes with accuracy and discretion.
• Partner with leadership and regional HR teams on people-focused initiatives and operational projects.
• Oversee immigration and employment-related processes in line with local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline; professional certification considered advantageous.
• Several years of broad HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, immigration processes, and HR systems administration.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and confidentiality skills in a fast-paced setting.

Salary: US$125,000 per annum.
