The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Tax – Bermuda on behalf of our client. This role will be working directly with the Partner and offers great progression opportunities.

Influential Tax Advisory: Advise a diverse portfolio of local and international clients on complex tax matters within a respected advisory firm.

Leadership Opportunity: Lead client engagements, mentor talented professionals, and contribute to the continued growth of the tax practice.

High-Profile Client Exposure: Work with leading businesses across financial services and other global industries on strategic tax initiatives.

• Deliver tax advisory services to a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Advise on Bermuda tax matters and international tax developments, including Pillar Two.
• Manage client relationships and lead complex engagements.
• Support business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic projects and practice growth.

• CPA, ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
• 9 years’ tax experience within a professional services or advisory environment.
• Strong understanding of Bermuda tax and international tax principles.
• Experience working with insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or multinational clients.
• Proven leadership, project management, and client-facing skills.
