The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst – Dublin on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

• Manage core portfolio operations activities including transaction processing, valuations, reconciliations, and investment data oversight.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, settlement issues, and discrepancies in collaboration with external counterparties and internal teams.
• Produce and review portfolio-related reporting while supporting the accuracy and integrity of investment records.
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified professional with a recognized accounting designation (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting investment operations, fund administration, or similar functions involving complex financial instruments.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and strong proficiency with financial systems and technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: US$63,500 – US$69,300 per annum.
