The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive on behalf of our client.

Ownership & Impact: Lead critical compliance functions with direct influence on regulatory standing and business continuity.

Innovation Exposure: Work at the intersection of compliance and emerging technologies, contributing to automation and AI-driven processes.

Strategic Influence: Shape frameworks and provide insights that guide senior leadership decisions and regulatory strategy.

• Oversee and execute end-to-end compliance monitoring activities across assigned entities.
• Assess regulatory developments and translate them into actionable internal measures.
• Prepare high-quality compliance reports, submissions, and documentation for stakeholders and regulators.
• Maintain regulatory relationships while supporting audits, inspections, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing compliance monitoring within regulated financial environments.
• Strong understanding of investment and/or virtual asset regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgement and structured analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional documentation.
