The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Vice President to join and lead our client’s captive insurance team. The successful candidate will lead the captive insurance service teams, drive client relationships, and foster growth and development within our clients inclusive, diverse environment.

  • Drive client service excellence and manage client management agreements effectively.
  • Lead and motivate captive insurance service teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee captive insurance service portfolios and act as a key relationship lead for multiple clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial distribution and approve complex transactions.
  • Drive operational excellence, develop policies, and oversee compliance.
  • Manage relationships with clients, professionals, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support team projects and provide mentorship and coaching.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or ACA) is required.
  • Experience in captive insurance or reinsurance.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and team support abilities.
  • Proficient in accounting applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
