The Agency is recruiting for a Team Leader, Capital Markets Client Relationship Management on behalf of our client.

• Lead and support a specialist transaction team while overseeing day-to-day delivery standards.
• Manage complex transaction processes across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Review key corporate documentation, governance matters, and transaction-related deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.

• Several years’ experience within capital markets, fiduciary, or corporate services environments.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory exposure within a fast-paced transactional setting.
• Strong understanding of structured finance entities, corporate governance, and transaction workflows.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$126,000 per annum.
