Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate structures, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain fiduciary documentation, statutory records, and client transactions in line with regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients and professional advisers to support ongoing trust and corporate administration.
• Monitor compliance obligations, reporting deadlines, and contribute to process improvements within the fiduciary team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline; a relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trust, corporate, or fiduciary services within the financial sector.
• Good understanding of fiduciary administration and applicable regulatory frameworks, including AML and international reporting standards.
• Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and client relationship management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$100,000 per annum.
