The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Manager Audit – Insurance on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Play an active role in mentoring talent and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of insurance-focused audit engagements
• Maintain and develop key client relationships as a senior contact point
• Lead, coach, and support junior team members’ development
• Contribute to the expansion and strengthening of the audit function

• Relevant professional accounting qualification (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience within insurance or reinsurance audit environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and client management capability
• Commercial awareness with motivation to advance professionally

Salary: US$150,000 – US$175,000 per annum.
