Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple restructuring and insolvency engagements, ensuring effective delivery, compliance, and client service standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across legal, regulatory, and financial counterparties throughout engagement lifecycles.
• Review investigations, statutory filings, and client reporting while maintaining oversight of operational and financial processes.
• Support business development efforts, team leadership, and the ongoing development of junior professionals.

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong insolvency, restructuring, or advisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and client management skills within a professional services or financial services environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage complex matters and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$115,000 per annum.
