The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Manager Funds on behalf of our client.

• Lead governance and oversight for capital markets and investment fund entities, including board participation and strategic decision-making.
• Manage complex client relationships and collaborate with global teams on cross-border transactions and fund structures.
• Oversee service delivery, regulatory compliance, governance, and operational excellence across capital markets activities.
• Mentor, develop, and lead high-performing teams while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate or professional qualifications are advantageous.
• 7 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of investment funds, governance frameworks, and multi-jurisdictional structures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
