• Manage a portfolio of trust and fiduciary relationships while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
• Oversee day-to-day administration, ensuring transactions and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements across client structures.
• Support business development by strengthening client relationships and identifying service opportunities.

• Previous experience within trust, fiduciary or financial services in a client-focused role.
• Strong organisational, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to trust administration.

Salary: US$84,000 per annum.
