The Agency is recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and executing Business Development (BD) strategies.
  • Coordinate market research and contribute innovative ideas during planning and review meetings.
  • Manage expenditure against budget and provide progress updates.
  • Plan and execute various events, both locally and internationally, such as seminars, client events, and conferences.
  • Monitor budget and review planned activities to ensure effectiveness.
  • Advocate for the optimal use of InterAction CRM system.
  • Establish a network among target clients, intermediaries, and industry associations to support BD plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to create BD materials and develop targeting lists for specific practices.
  • Support senior management in pitch and proposal preparation.
  • Provide proactive support for key client and intermediary programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Development or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of BD experience in a professional services environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing BD administrative tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with InterAction or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with direct mail systems such as Vuture Vx, Concep, or similar is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments.
