Client Services Officer

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Services Officer to join their team.

As a Client Services Officer, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional client experience. You will address queries from HNW clients, collaborating seamlessly with internal partners to meet their diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include executing client transactions, ensuring compliance standards are met, and providing timely responses to client inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new clients, maintaining client records, and playing a vital role in the relationship management team.
  • Ensuring consistent compliance with standards to enhance the desired client experience for High Net Worth (HNW) individuals.
  • Handling inquiries from HNW clients and collaborating internally to fulfill client needs effectively.
  • Conducting and overseeing client transactions, working closely with operational and compliance teams as required.
  • Monitoring and managing leads from initiation through processing, alongside maintaining an up-to-date database of client details including email addresses, mailing addresses, and dates of birth.
  • Playing a pivotal role within the relationship management team, engaging with clients on a daily basis, and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and their families.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of registered offices for various companies, ensuring accurate records are kept and all decisions made by directors and shareholders are duly recorded, while also supporting with annual returns, beneficial ownership, and economic substance filings.
  • Collaborating with relationship managers to input data for the preparation of annual financial statements for trusts and companies, overseeing invoicing, monitoring collections for corporate services, and ensuring timely collection of fees.
  • Reviewing client savings balances and providing information on available fixed deposit options and other investment opportunities offered in-house.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking is advantageous.
  • Completion of securities course or banking courses would be an asset.

Salary: US$63K – 80K Plus benefits.
