  • Coordinate and participate in board meetings, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to protocols.
  • Guide clients in navigating regulatory requirements, addressing governance issues effectively.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Foster internal relationships to provide a cohesive service experience for clients.
  • Support KYC compliance initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary liaison for client companies and associated stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.


  • Professional Qualification such as ICSA Chartered Governance or equivalent legal qualification.
  • 5 plus years’ of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in corporate governance.
  • Proven experience in board-level engagements with exceptional minute-taking skills.
  • Familiarity with Cayman Islands regulatory governance framework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational abilities with a keen eye on detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with at least two (2) years’ experience in coaching team members
