On behalf our client, we are recruiting for an HR Administrator (TEMP) to join their team ASAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee files and departmental records, provide reception services and facilitate meeting reservations & logistics.

Full Job description
  • Maintain and update records in electronic and hard copy in compliance with departmental records retention protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee employee and team gatherings.
  • Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, probation management, completing reference requests and management of HR filing systems
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team for employee relations initiatives.
  • Ensure all aspects of employee events adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Assist with procuring office supplies and process incoming correspondence.
  • Assist the department with bookings and preparing meeting agendas.


  • Minimum Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience.
  • 1 year experience in Human Resources beneficial.
  • A Certificate in Human Resources is an advantage
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices and procedures.
  • Proficient with computer applications software including HRIS, PeopleSoft.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye on detail.

Salary: Hourly US$20 – US$27 DOE.
