The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded international law firm in search of an investment funds lawyer to join them as an Associate within the firm’s Cayman Islands office.
This is an opportunity to join one of Cayman’s most reputable international law firms. As part of a diverse Investment Funds team, you will be working with large financial institutions and corporations, largely from across North America, on a variety of funds and downstream corporate transactions. The firm highly values ambitious lawyers who are team players, enjoy being challenged and hold an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset.
Requirements:
- Around 4-7 PQE with corporate/funds experience at a reputable international firm
- Offshore experience is highly desirable
- Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada
- A strong academic background
The salary for this role is US$190-240,000 bonus.
