Litigation Lawyer

The Agency has partnered with a global offshore firm in search of a commercial litigation lawyer to join the firm’s offices in the Cayman Islands. This is a firm that acts for large financial institutions and corporations in the Caribbean, Americas, Europe and Asia. It can offer successful post-holder a portfolio of quality commercial disputes and it and only looks to hire the best legal talent in the market.
As the successful Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you would be involved in complex cross-border disputes arising from insolvency, finance, corporate, trusts and general commercial litigation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 PQE with experience working within a major law firm in a major financial centre;
- Excellent academic record with a degree from a top university;
- Experience of insolvency and financial services disputes would be beneficial;
- Offshore experience would also be desirable.
The salary for this role is US$140,000-US$185,000 (depending on experience) bonus relocation if necessary.
