The Agency is recruiting for a Reconciliation Administrator on behalf of a client.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct reconciliation of international and domestic accounts, aligning with General Ledger entries for accuracy.
- Regularly update and balance the stale draft register on a monthly basis.
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.
- Provide daily sign-off on exception reports.
- Collaborate in reviewing and approving daily payments activities.
- Organize and maintain records of monthly bank reconciliations.
Salary: Depending on Experience plus benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Professional Accounting courses with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services is required.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping concepts and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
